On the deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company for Repair and Technical Service AGROSERVICE

Following the examination of the application by the liquidators of the Joint Stock Company for Repair and Technical Service AGROSERVICE (registered with the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) on 12.06.2024) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, art. 8 lit. m), art. 20 para. (1) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, the Instruction on stages, deadlines, procedures and methods for registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on organization and functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

1. Securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company for Repair and Technical Service AGROSERVICE (IDNO 1004607000747), amounting to 294,599 ordinary named shares with identification number MD14ROSE1004, are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers as a result of liquidation.
2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
