The National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) issued Decision No. 32/5 on 2 July 2024 to formally delete 294,599 ordinary named shares (IDNO MD14ROSE1004) previously issued by the Joint Stock Company for Repair and Technical Service AGROSERVICE from the Register of Securities Issuers following liquidation. The decision, based on specific provisions of Laws No. 1134/1997 and No. 192/1998, takes effect immediately upon adoption and mandates publication in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website. Stakeholders retain a 30-day window from notification to file an appeal with the CNPF at its Chisinau headquarters.
