The National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) issued Decision No. 12/3 on 5 March 2024 to formally delete the securities of forty specified joint-stock companies from the Register of Securities Issuers. This administrative action follows the prior deregistration of these entities from the State Register of Legal Entities, as verified by the Public Services Agency. The decision takes effect immediately upon adoption and establishes a 30-day appeal window for interested parties to submit preliminary requests directly to the CNPF.
