On the deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of securities previously issued by certain joint-stock companies

Following the review of information from the Public Services Agency (31.01.2024) regarding joint-stock companies deleted from the State Register of Legal Entities, on the basis of Law no. 1134/1997 regarding joint-stock companies, art. 8 lit. m) and art. 20 para. (1) of Law no. 192/1998 regarding the National Commission of the Financial Market, the Instruction on stages, deadlines, methods and procedures for securities registration (CNPF Decision no. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on organization and functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022),

The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

1. Securities previously issued by the joint-stock companies listed in the annex to this Decision are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers following their deletion from the State Register of Legal Entities.

2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
