On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers Concerning Joint Stock Company „DRUMURI-BRICENI”
The National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) issued Decision No. 26/11 to register an additional issuance of 80,000 ordinary registered shares by Joint Stock Company „DRUMURI-BRICENI” in the Register of Securities Issuers. This action increases the company's share capital to 1,006,020 lei and confirms that the newly issued shares, each with a 10 lei nominal value, were funded through monetary resources. Effective immediately upon adoption, the decision requires publication in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website while granting a 30-day period to file an appeal directly with the Commission.

concerning the Joint Stock Company „DRUMURI-BRICENI”
Following the examination of the application submitted by the Joint Stock Company „DRUMURI-BRICENI” (29.04.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of an additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 16.05.2024,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, art. 8 lit. m) and o), art. 20 alin. (1) and art. 22 alin. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pct. 16, pct. 19 and pct. 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company „DRUMURI-BRICENI” (IDNO 1003604005869, MD-4701, Briceni town, M. Frunze str. 18) in the amount of 800,000 lei, totaling 80,000 ordinary registered shares, funded from monetary resources. The company's share capital after the increase will amount to 1,006,020 lei, divided into 100,602 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value per share of 10 lei and identification number MD14DRB11002.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., no. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnppf.md).
