This action increases the company's share capital to 1,006,020 lei and confirms that the newly issued shares, each with a 10 lei nominal value, were funded through monetary resources. Effective immediately upon adoption, the decision requires publication in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website while granting a 30-day period to file an appeal directly with the Commission.
