REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA NATIONAL FINANCIAL COMMISSION 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd, Chisinau, MD 2012, tel: (373 22) 859 401, www.cnpf.md, e-mail: office@cnpf.md DECISION January 27, 2026 No. 4/3 On the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of JSC "CARTUS" Following the examination of the application of JSC "CARTUS" (registered with the National Financial Commission (CNPF) under No. 10407 on December 30, 2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities related to the increase of share capital by increasing the nominal value of a share, with the restructuring of previous securities issuances, as well as the documents presented in full volume on January 15, 2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 239), on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022), The National Financial Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities of JSC "CARTUS" (IDNO 1002600041066, MD-2028, Chisinau, Mitropolit Gurie Grosu St., No. 1) related to the increase of share capital by 370,686 lei, by increasing the nominal value of a share from 5 lei to 8 lei, with the restructuring of previous securities issuances, from own capital, are registered in the Securities Issuers Register. The share capital of the company, after the increase and restructuring, will amount to 988,496 lei, divided into 123,562 ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of 8 lei per share and identification number MD1001000030.
2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd, No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
