On the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of JSC CARTUS
The National Financial Commission of Moldova registered the securities of JSC CARTUS following a capital increase of 370,686 lei achieved by raising the nominal value of shares from 5 to 8 lei. This restructuring resulted in a total share capital of 988,496 lei divided into 123,562 ordinary shares with the identification number MD1001000030. The decision entered into force on the date of adoption and was published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website.
