Agreement 14/2025 modifies Article 7 of the Organic Regulations of Nacional Financiera to increase its total share capital to $5,600,000,000.00 MXN, represented by 73,920,000 Series A and 38,080,000 Series B participation certificates with a nominal value of $50.00 each. The agreement establishes that the paid-up capital at the time of entry into force amounts to $4,642,424,300.00 MXN, held by the Federal Government, and requires the institution to register these modifications in the Public Commerce Registry. The agreement entered into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on February 5, 2025.
