On the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the Joint Stock Company “DRUMURI-CIMIȘLIA”

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company “DRUMURI-CIMIȘLIA” (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNFMC) under No. 6546 on 03.09.2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the accompanying documents, submitted in full volume on 23.09.2025 (registered with the CNFMC under No. 7009),

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, manner and procedures for the registration of securities (CNFMC Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of the National Financial Market Commission (CNFMC Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company “DRUMURI-CIMIȘLIA” (IDNO 1003605009978, MD-4101, Cimișlia town, Nicolae Iorga str. 106) are registered in the Securities Issuers Register in the amount of 748,800 MDL, in the number of 74,880 registered ordinary shares, from non-monetary funds. The authorized capital of the company, after the increase, will amount to 22,936,220 MDL, divided into 2,293,622 registered ordinary shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 10 MDL and with the identification number MD14CIMD1006.
2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary application to the CNFMC (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNFMC (www.cnpf.md).
