The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 48/3 on October 7, 2025, to register securities of JSC DRUMURI-CIMIȘLIA in the Securities Issuers Register. This registration formalizes the results of an additional issuance of 74,880 ordinary shares valued at 748,800 MDL, funded through non-monetary means. Consequently, the company's authorized capital is increased to 22,936,220 MDL, divided into 2,293,622 shares.
