- The "Basic Information Sheet for Foreign Issuers Raising and Issuing Securities," "Lawyer's Legal Opinion and Checklist," "Foreign Issuer Declaration Case Checklist," and "Underwriter's Summary Opinion" as stipulated in the "Handling Rules for Foreign Issuers Raising and Issuing Securities" are hereby established.
- This Order takes effect from the date of issuance; the Financial Supervisory Commission Order No. Jin Guan Zheng Fa Zi No. 1120381326 dated May 4, 2023 (Republic of China Year 112), and Order No. Jin Guan Zheng Fa Zi No. 10400451711 dated November 16, 2015 (Republic of China Year 104), are hereby repealed effective immediately.
