Regarding the deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company „TEMIX”

Following the examination of the request of the Limited Liability Company „TEMIX” (25.04.2024) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers, as well as the related documents, submitted in full on 05.06.2024, pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, Art. 8 letter m), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission for Financial Markets, the Instruction on the stages, terms, manner and procedures for registering securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission for Financial Markets (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Commission for Financial Markets DECIDES:

1. The securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company „TEMIX” (IDNO 1003600050159), numbering 20,000 ordinary registered shares and with identification number MD14EMIX1000, are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers, as a result of reorganization by transformation into a limited liability company.
2. This Decision may be challenged by submitting a preliminary application to the NCFM (MD-2012, Chisinau, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the addressee according to legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NCFM (www.cnpf.md).
