Regarding the deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company „TEMIX”
The National Commission for Financial Markets (NCFM) of the Republic of Moldova has decided to delete 20,000 ordinary registered shares (MD14EMIX1000) previously issued by the Joint Stock Company „TEMIX” from the Register of Securities Issuers. This action follows a request from the Limited Liability Company „TEMIX” and its reorganization from a joint stock company. The decision, effective immediately, can be challenged within 30 days and will be published in the Official Monitor and on the NCFM's website.
