(3), art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6), art. 22 para. (3) and art. 25 para. (2) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Commission for Financial Markets, the Instruction on the stages, terms, manner and procedures for registering securities (CNPF Decision no. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission for Financial Markets (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022), The National Commission for Financial Markets DECIDES:

1. The reduction of the share capital of AGROFIRMA „CIMIȘLIA” SA (IDNO 1002605000521, MD-4101, Cimișlia city, V. Alecsandri street 77) by 15,174,600 lei is registered in the Register of Securities Issuers, by decreasing the nominal value of one share from 500 lei to 200 lei. The share capital, after reduction, will amount to 10,116,400 lei, being divided into 50,582 ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of 200 lei and with the identification number MD14LIAC1000.
2. This Decision may be challenged by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău municipality, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the addressee according to legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Adrian GHEORGHIȚĂ, VICE-PRESIDENT
