Regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the reduction of the share capital of AGROFIRMA „CIMIȘLIA” SA
The National Commission for Financial Markets registers the reduction of the share capital of AGROFIRMA „CIMIȘLIA” SA by 15,174,600 lei. This reduction is achieved by decreasing the nominal value of one share from 500 lei to 200 lei. Following this change, the company's share capital will be 10,116,400 lei, divided into 50,582 ordinary registered shares, each with a nominal value of 200 lei and identification number MD14LIAC1000. This Decision enters into force on the date of its adoption and can be challenged within 30 days.
