On the Registration in

the Register of Securities Issuers,
concerning CONSTRUCTION AND ASSEMBLY ENTERPRISE “PILOT” SA

Following the examination of the application submitted by CONSTRUCTION AND ASSEMBLY ENTERPRISE “PILOT” SA (06.06.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the restructuring of its prior securities issue and the increase of social capital, as well as the related documents presented in full volume on 28.06.2024,
under the provisions of Law no. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies, art. 8 letters m) and o),
art. 20 para. (1) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, Instruction no. 13/10/2018 on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for securities registration (CNPF Decision no. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022),

The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

1. The restructuring of the prior securities issue placed by CONSTRUCTION AND ASSEMBLY ENTERPRISE “PILOT” SA (IDNO 1003600038164, MD-2084, Chisinau city, Cricova town, Chișinăului Street 102/A) is registered in the Register of Securities Issuers, through the increase of the nominal value of one ordinary registered share from 18 lei to 20 lei, and the increase of social capital by 60,192 lei from equity. The company's social capital after restructuring and increase will amount to 601,920 lei, divided into 30,096 ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of 20 lei per share and identification number MD14PILO1009.

2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Ștefan cel Mare and Sfânt Boulevard, no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is notified to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnppf.md).
