Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers concerning CONSTRUCTION AND ASSEMBLY ENTERPRISE 'PILOT' SA
The National Commission of the Financial Market issued Decision No. 32/8 on 2 July 2024 to officially register the restructuring of prior securities and a capital increase for Construction and Assembly Enterprise “PILOT” SA in the Register of Securities Issuers. The ruling mandates increasing the nominal value of each ordinary registered share from 18 to 20 lei and boosting total social capital by 60,192 lei from equity to a final amount of 601,920 lei across 30,096 shares. Effective immediately upon adoption, the decision allows a 30-day appeal period and requires publication in Moldova’s Official Monitor and on the Commission’s official website.
