Registration of Class VI Bonds Issued by Commercial Bank MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK SA in the Register of Securities Issuers
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova has issued Decision No. 14/3 to officially register 8,191 Class VI bonds issued by Commercial Bank MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK SA in the Register of Securities Issuers. REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., no. 77, Chișinău, MD 2012, tel: (373 22) 859 401, www.cnpf.md, e-mail: office@cnpf.md DECISION 24 March 2026 No. 14/3 On the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of securities according to the report on the results of the issuance of Class VI bonds issued by Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA Following the examination of the application submitted by Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under no. 1749 on 16.03.2026) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of securities according to the report on the results of the bond issuance, as well as the related documents, pursuant to Law no. 171/2012 on the capital market, Article 8 letters m) and o), Article 18 paragraph (3), Article 20 paragraphs (1) and (6), and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, manner and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision no. 13/10/2018), and points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022), The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities according to the report on the results of the first issuance of bonds, under the Offering Program (IV), of Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA (IDNO 1002600003778, MD-2012, Chișinău, 31 August 1989 St., no. 127), in the amount of 163,820,000 lei, consisting of 8,191 registered Class VI bonds, with a nominal value of 20,000 lei per bond, with a circulation term of 3 years, with a floating interest rate linked to the weighted average interest rate on new deposits attracted across the banking sector (in national currency) with a term of 6 to 12 months, published on the official website of the National Bank of Moldova (www.bnm.md) on the first day of the public offering period (19.02.2026) and adjusted annually on the same date (month and day) plus a fixed margin of 1.0%, payable monthly, with ISIN code MD1004000235, are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers.
- Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA, on each annual interest rate adjustment date, in accordance with the prospectus provisions, shall publish a notice in the same manner established for prospectus publication, specifying the exact adjusted annual interest rate in accordance with point 1.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., no. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the addressee in accordance with the legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
