Registration of Class VI Bonds Issued by Commercial Bank MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK SA in the Register of Securities Issuers
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova has issued Decision No. 14/3 to officially register 8,191 Class VI bonds issued by Commercial Bank MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK SA in the Register of Securities Issuers. The decision mandates the registration of these bonds, valued at 163,820,000 lei with a three-year term and a floating interest rate adjusted annually plus a 1.0% margin, and requires the bank to publicly disclose each annual interest rate adjustment in accordance with the prospectus. The ruling takes effect immediately upon adoption, is subject to a 30-day appeal window, and must be published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website.
