Regulation to amend Regulation 81-106 respecting Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure
This regulation amends Regulation 81-106 respecting Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure by replacing all references to “SEDAR” with “SEDAR+” and updating the associated website URL from “www.sedar.com” to “www.sedarplus.com” in sections 5.2, 5.3, 9.4, 12.2.1, and Form 81-106F1. The amendments apply to investment fund continuous disclosure requirements. This regulation comes into force on 9 June 2023, or on the filing date if filed after that date in Saskatchewan.
REGULATION TO AMEND REGULATION 81-106 RESPECTING INVESTMENT FUND CONTINUOUS DISCLOSURE Securities Act (chapter V-1.1, s. 331.1, par. (1), (2) and (34))
- Sections 5.2 and 5.3 of Regulation 81-106 respecting Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure (chapter V-1.1, r. 42) are amended by replacing “SEDAR”, wherever it appears, by “SEDAR+”.
- Section 9.4 of the Regulation is amended by replacing “www.sedar.com”, in subparagraph (f) of paragraph (2.2), by “www.sedarplus.com”.
- Section 12.2.1 of the Regulation is amended by replacing “SEDAR”, wherever it appears, by “SEDAR+”.
- Form 81-106F1 of the Regulation is amended: (1) in part B: (a) by replacing “SEDAR at www.sedar.com”, in item 1, by “SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.com”; (b) by replacing “www.sedar.com”, in paragraph (9) of the instructions of item 5, by “www.sedarplus.com”; (2) by replacing “SEDAR at www.sedar.com” , in item 1 of part C, by “SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.com”.
- Effective Date (1) This Regulation comes into force on 9 June 2023. (2) In Saskatchewan, despite paragraph (1), if this Regulation is filed with the Registrar of Regulations after 9 June 2023, this Regulation comes into force on the day on which it is filed with the Registrar of Regulations.
