Remote on-boarding of corporate customers

The regulator issued this circular on 24 September 2020 to establish guidelines for the remote on-boarding of corporate customers. The document addresses Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism controls relevant to this process. It applies to all authorized institutions and complements existing regulations for individual customer on-boarding.
