Repeal of Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan Orders dated May 25, 2007
This document, effective August 31, 2026, under Order No. 1150384042, repeals two orders issued by the Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan, on May 25, 2007. These repealed orders previously provided interpretations for Article 19, Paragraph 2 of the Offshore Funds Management Regulations and Article 20, Paragraph 2 of the Regulations Governing the Offering of Securities Investment Trust Funds by Securities Investment Trust Enterprises.
