The Monetary Authority of Hong Kong requires authorized institutions to submit Form MA(BS)22 to report their intraday liquidity positions under the Banking Ordinance. The return mandates detailed disclosure of daily maximum liquidity usage, available intraday liquidity sources, total payment volumes, and time-specific obligations across significant currencies. Institutions must file this data within 21 days after the end of each calendar month to enable regulatory monitoring of payment and settlement system risks.
