Revised Return of Certificate of Compliance (Form MA(BS)1F(a))
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority issued a directive to all authorized institutions regarding the revised Return of Certificate of Compliance (Form MA(BS)1F(a)). The electronic files and accompanying completion instructions are now available for download from the supervisory communication website. Locally incorporated authorized institutions are required to utilize this updated version for the reporting period ending in September 2018.

Locally incorporated authorized institutions should start using this version of the return for the reporting period ending September 2018.
