Revisions to Banking Returns and Surveys

The Monetary Authority of Hong Kong mandates Authorized Institutions to submit detailed returns regarding their Mainland China activities under the Banking Ordinance. The revised forms require comprehensive data on subsidiary bank balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and non-bank exposures broken down by counterparty, geography, economic sector, and risk mitigation. Submissions must be filed within one month of each quarter-end to ensure accurate regulatory oversight of cross-border banking operations.
