I. Dynamics of Publicly Issued Companies

1. Cases expected to take effect on June 16, 2026.
2. Cases of stopping public issuance: None.
3. Green World Technology Co., Ltd. (OTC-listed company, Stock Code 6763) applied to cancel its previously approved cash increase issuance of 25,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of NT$1 per share, totaling NT$25,000,000, as agreed by the Financial Supervisory Commission via letter No. Jin Guan Zheng Fa Zi No. 1140369155 dated January 15, 2026, and the extension of the fundraising period by three months until July 14, 2026, as agreed via letter No. Jin Guan Zheng Fa Zi No. 1150337669 dated March 25, 2026. These cases have been approved for cancellation by the Financial Supervisory Commission. II. Securities Investment Trust Fund Cases

1. Cases taking effect/approved on June 15, 2026: None.
2. Cases of self-correction/stopping declaration effectiveness/resuming declaration effectiveness: None.
3. Cases of lifting suspension of declaration effectiveness: Guotai Securities Investment Trust Co., Ltd. declared the fundraising of the "Guotai US National Strategic Active ETF Securities Investment Trust Fund" investing domestically and internationally, with a total face value equivalent to NT$20 billion. Previously, due to incomplete declaration documents or insufficient required disclosures, the Financial Supervisory Commission suspended the declaration effectiveness on June 8, 2026. The company submitted corrections on June 10, 2026, and applied to lift the suspension of declaration effectiveness. According to Article 15, Paragraph 1 of the Guidelines for Handling the Raising of Securities Investment Trust Funds by Securities Investment Trust Enterprises, the effective date is recalculated starting from June 10, 2026. If there are no major abnormalities, it is expected to take effect upon the expiration of 30 business days.
