2. Cases of stopping public offering applications: None.
3. Guang Hong Jian Sheng Co., Ltd. (Listed Company, Stock Code 6442) filed for the issuance of 1,000,000 restricted employee stock options. Due to incomplete submission documents, the company voluntarily corrected them on June 17, 2026, and sent copies to relevant units. According to Article 60-3, Paragraph 2, applied mutatis mutandis to Article 12, Paragraph 2 of the "Guidelines for Issuers' Raising and Issuing Securities," the time limit restarts from the date of completion of correction. If no major abnormalities occur, it is expected to become effective after 7 business days. 1. Penalty Time: June 17, 2026
2. Target of Penalty: Mr. Hou OOO, the responsible person of Sheng Yu Technology Co., Ltd.
3. Legal Basis for Penalty: Article 14, Paragraph 3 of the Securities and Exchange Act; Article 3 of the "Measures for Qualifications and Professional Training of Accounting Supervisors of Issuers, Securities Firms, and Securities Exchanges."
4. Facts and Reasons for Violation: The 2025 annual and first-quarter 2026 financial reports announced and filed by Sheng Yu Technology Co., Ltd. were not signed or sealed by an accounting supervisor who meets the qualifications specified in Article 3 of the "Measures for Qualifications and Professional Training of Accounting Supervisors of Issuers, Securities Firms, and Securities Exchanges."
5. Penalty Result: Pursuant to Article 178, Paragraph 1, Item 2, and Article 179 of the Securities and Exchange Act, the responsible person who committed the aforementioned violations of Sheng Yu Technology Co., Ltd. is fined NT$240,000.
