The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Superintendent Resolution No. 160-2025-SMV/02 Lima, December 30, 2025 The Superintendent of the Securities Market SEEN: File No. 2025040468, as well as Report No. 1877-2025-SMV/10.2, issued by the General Superintendency of Entity Supervision, with the favorable ruling of the Deputy Superintendent of Prudential Supervision; CONSIDERING: That, by General Superintendency of Entity Supervision Resolution No. 076-2025-SMV/10.2 of April 24, 2025, authorization was granted to Mitsui Auto Finance Perú S.A. and Mitsui & Co (Perú) S.A. to organize a collective fund administrator company to be named MAF Collective Fund Administrator Company; That, with documents submitted up to December 18, 2025, MAF Collective Fund Administrator Company Sociedad Anónima requested authorization from the Superintendency of the Securities Market – SMV to operate as a collective fund administrator; That, Article 8 of the Regulations of the Collective Fund System and its Administrator Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 020- 2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, sets out the requirements that must be met to obtain the operating authorization for a collective fund administrator company; That, the General Superintendency of Entity Supervision, with the participation of representatives from the Deputy Superintendency of Risks, conducted a review of the facilities of the aforementioned company. This, for the purpose of verifying that MAF Collective Fund Administrator Company Sociedad Anónima has the physical infrastructure, technological capacity, and human resources necessary for its operation; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented by MAF Collective Fund Administrator Company Sociedad Anónima and the verification mentioned, it was determined that said company meets the requirements provided for obtaining the operating authorization as a collective fund administrator company; as developed in Report No. 1877-2025- SMV/10.2, which recommends that the requested authorization be granted; and, In accordance with the provisions of Article 3, item 1, of the Unified Text of the Organic Law of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126 and its amendments; as well as by

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Article 12, item 1, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216- 2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES: Article 1.- Grant the operating authorization as a collective fund administrator company, to MAF Collective Fund Administrator Company Sociedad Anónima, which may use the abbreviated name MAF EAFC S.A. Article 2.- Order the registration of MAF Collective Fund Administrator Company Sociedad Anónima in the corresponding section of the Special Registry of other Entities under the Competence of the SMV. Article 3.- Order the dissemination of this resolution in the Official Gazette El Peruano and on the Institutional Page of the Superintendency of the Securities Market on the Unique Digital Platform of the Peruvian State (www.gob.pe/smv). Article 4.- This resolution shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette El Peruano. Article 5.- Transmit this resolution to MAF Collective Fund Administrator Company Sociedad Anónima Register, communicate, and publish.
