Superintendent Resolution No. 160-2025-SMV/02
The resolution grants MAF Empresa Administradora de Fondos Colectivos Sociedad Anónima authorization to operate as a collective fund administrator and permits the use of the abbreviated name MAF EAFC S.A. It orders the entity's registration in the Special Registry of other Entities under the SMV's jurisdiction and mandates publication in the Official Gazette El Peruano and on the SMV's institutional website. The resolution becomes effective the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
