7 Fully Promote Private Banking Business As of end-April 2026: • Number of banks handling high-net-worth business increased from 12 (June 2024) to 21 • Bank high-net-worth AUM increased from NT$1.17 trillion (June 2024) to NT$2.55 trillion (growth of 118%) • High-net-worth client count increased from 9,500 (June 2024) to 24,000 (growth of 153%) • Number of insurance companies handling wealth management business increased from 5 (June 2024) to 8 • Banks handling family office related business have been included in the zone business pilot, cumulatively handling 161 cases, with entrusted managed asset scale near NT$71.2 billion (end-April 2026) • December 2024: Opened investment advisory firms to handle family office integrated advisory business • Established that "Taiwan Heritage Trust" duration can last up to 100 years and associated tax principles Promote Family Offices • Banks handling OBU wealth management related business have been included in the zone business pilot • New OIU product reserve deposit can adopt Singapore actuarial standards, and open insurance liability hedging derivative transactions • Extended OIU tax incentives to December 31, 2035 Enhance OBU Wealth Management Business Wealth Management Promotion Plan
