Third Issue of Regtech Watch
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority issued the Third Issue of Regtech Watch on 12 June 2020 to provide guidance on regulatory technology adoption. This circular targets all authorized institutions and focuses on anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism controls. It serves as a follow-up to the HKMA AML/CFT RegTech Forum held in November 2019.
