Decision Amending the Decision on the Criteria and the Manner of Classification of Assets and Calculation of Provisions for Potential Loan Losses of the Development Bank of Montenegro
The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this decision to amend the regulatory framework governing asset classification and loan loss provisions for the Development Bank of Montenegro. The amendments modify Article 15 by specifying 'funds (cash)' as a classification category and delete the phrase 'of the Development Bank and/or' from Article 32. The decision entered into force on the eighth day following its publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro.
