Chapter I of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign EXchange Transactions
(FX Manual), as amended. applications, requests, and other requirements relative to foreign eXchange transactions covered under the FX Manual shall be submitted to the BSP-100 through electronic means as follows effective 23 May 2025:
