Decision 2021-01 of April 21, 2021 regarding the collection and control of statistical information required from credit institutions and other financial intermediaries
The Governor of the Bank of France issues Decision 2021-01 to mandate credit institutions and other financial intermediaries to submit statistical data for monetary policy and financial stability purposes. The decision defines the scope of reporting agents, specifies the statistical obligations and technical notes for data submission, and establishes strict quality standards and sanctions for non-compliance. It repeals previous decisions and applies to statistical submissions made from January 31, 2022.
