Decision on Issuing Commemorative Gold Coins
The Central Bank of Montenegro issued a decision on April 28, 2006, to release commemorative gold coins celebrating the centenary of the first Montenegrin State money. The decree specifies the issuance of 100, 20, and 10 perpers denominations with precise quantities, gold fineness, and physical dimensions. It further mandates detailed design specifications for the obverse, reverse, and rim of the coins, including portraits of Prince Nikola and the national coat of arms.
