It is reminded to the concerned credit institutions that the Bank of Luxembourg must transmit the monthly statistical reports to the European Central Bank within a period of 15 business days following the period to which they relate. It is therefore essential that the institutions strictly respect the delivery deadlines defined in this circular so that the Bank of Luxembourg is able to respect its commitments within the framework of the ESCB.
In particular, for credit institutions subject to the mandatory reserve regime of the ESCB, it is essential that the Bank of Luxembourg has the aforementioned monthly statistical reports within the deadlines described in the table above in order to determine the amount of the mandatory reserve to be maintained by each concerned institution.
