Subject: Measures regarding the pricing and continuity of certain banking services.

The Governor of the Central Bank of Tunisia,
Having regard to Law No. 2016-35 of April 25, 2016 establishing the status of the Central Bank of Tunisia and in particular its Article 8, Having regard to Law No. 2016-48 of July 11, 2016 on banks and financial institutions and in particular its Article 84, Having regard to Central Bank of Tunisia Circular No. 91-22 of December 17, 1991 regulating banking conditions, as amended and supplemented by subsequent texts, Having regard to Central Bank of Tunisia Circular No. 2020-05 of March 19, 2020 on measures regarding the pricing and continuity of certain banking services, Having regard to the opinion of the Compliance Control Committee No. 2020-15 of June 18, 2020, Decides:
Article 1 - The provisions of Articles 2 and 4 of Circular No. 2020-05 of March 19, 2020 on measures regarding the pricing and continuity of certain banking services are hereby repealed.
Article 2 - This Circular shall enter into force as of the date of its publication.
