We address you to inform you that this Institution adopted the resolution that, in its pertinent part, provides:

“1- Establish that the modifications introduced in the Information Regime “Payment Service Providers Offering Payment Accounts” through Communication A 8207 and complementary communications, apply starting from the information corresponding to July 2025, whose deadline is August 22, 2025. Until the information corresponding to June 2025, inclusive, the procedural norms and operational instructions in effect prior to the issuance of the aforementioned regulation must be observed.”
