This instruction is issued in application of the provisions of Article 212-38-3 of the AMF General Regulation relating to public offers of shares of cooperative societies constituted in the form of a public limited company falling under Article 11 of Law No. 47-1175 of September 10, 1947, governing the status of cooperation. It defines the procedures for deposit and the contents of the summary information document or the prospectus to be prepared depending on the amount of the public offer.
