The Government of The Virgin Islands issued this revised edition of the Proceeds of Criminal Conduct Act to consolidate laws regarding the recovery of proceeds from criminal conduct. It further criminalizes money laundering activities, including assisting others to retain benefits, acquiring proceeds, and concealing assets, while granting authorities powers for restraint, seizure, and search.
