Instruction No. 2016-I-23 of October 10, 2016, regarding the submission date of information for calculating contributions to deposit, securities, and guarantee fund mechanisms
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2016-I-23 to amend the submission deadline for data required to calculate contributions to deposit, securities, and guarantee mechanisms. The regulation mandates that obligated entities transmit the necessary information annually via the ONEGATE system in Excel format no later than February 28. This amendment modifies Instruction No. 2016-I-14 and entered into force on January 1, 2017.
