Decision on Statistical Data Submitted to the Central Bank of Montenegro for Balance of Payments Statistics
The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this Decision to regulate how banks submit statistical data on international payments exceeding one euro for compiling the country's balance of payments statistics. Banks must electronically report daily balances and turnovers for designated account groups, alongside ten-day reports covering non-resident and resident accounts, with standard submissions due within five days of each reporting period. The regulation supersedes prior reporting rules, grants the Central Bank authority to request additional account data and issue guidelines, and takes effect eight days after its Official Gazette publication.
