Nomination Form for the Position of a Board Member
The Central Bank of Kuwait and the Ministry of Finance require finance companies to submit a standardized Nomination Form when appointing board members. The form mandates detailed disclosures regarding the nominee’s academic qualifications, professional experience, financial standing, criminal history, and equity stake in the nominating company. Submitters must attach supporting documents and sign a declaration affirming data accuracy, with false statements subject to forgery penalties under Article 258 of the Penal Code.
