Regulation on the Application of EBA Guidelines on ICAAP and ILAAP Information for SREP Purposes
The Governing Board of the Bank of Slovenia issued this regulation to formally adopt the European Banking Authority's guidelines on internal capital and liquidity adequacy assessment processes for supervisory review purposes. It mandates that the Bank of Slovenia, acting as the competent authority under the Banking Act, must fully incorporate these guidelines when exercising supervisory powers over banks. The regulation entered into force on 17 March 2018 to ensure convergence in supervisory practices regarding the evaluation of institutions' ICAAP and ILAAP processes.
