The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of São Tomé and Príncipe issued this Permanent Application Norm to regulate exit limits and procedures for national banknotes, coins, and foreign exchange. It establishes a free exit threshold of 1,944 new Dobras (or 944,692.50 old Dobras) for travelers, while capping resident and non-resident foreign exchange allowances at 245,000 new Dobras (10,000 euros).
