Instruction No. 2019-I-05 of March 15, 2019 amending Instruction No. 2018-I-12 regarding prudential documents to be communicated annually and quarterly by supplementary professional retirement organizations
The French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) amends Instruction No. 2018-I-12 to update the prudential reporting templates required from supplementary professional retirement organizations. The revision replaces the annual and quarterly reporting lists with specific EIOPA-defined forms and adjusts the annual submission deadline from October 31 to September 30. These changes align national reporting obligations with European regulatory standards and take effect upon publication.
