Instructions No. (10) of 2021 Regarding the Amendment of Instructions No. (9) of 2021
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Instructions No. (10) of 2021 to amend Instructions No. (09) of 2021 regarding banking regulations. The amendment explicitly restricts the application of these instructions to conventional banks only, excluding licensed Islamic banks from their scope.
