Instruction No. 2017-I-10 Amending Instruction No. 2015-I-02 Regarding the Nomination or Renewal Form for Executives of Insurance Sector Entities
The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority issued Instruction No. 2017-I-10 to amend the nomination and renewal procedures for executives of insurance sector entities. The instruction updates the text of Instruction No. 2015-I-02 to clarify declaration requirements for members of the management board, general directors, and equivalent roles. It replaces the annex with a new form and enters into force upon publication in the Authority's Official Register.
