Instruction No. 2015-I-23 of October 12, 2015 amending Instruction No. 2014-I-10 of August 22, 2014 on prudential requirements for financing companies
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority issued Instruction No. 2015-I-23 to amend the prudential reporting requirements for financing companies under Instruction No. 2014-I-10. The amendment introduces a new reporting obligation for tables regarding charges on assets as defined in Annex XVI of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 680/2014.
